Dynamic environments require on-going development – not just of the company, but also its employees. In order to continue to be a successful, leading full service provider in the financial industry, we are looking for motivated people who want to help shape our future responsibly. On-going development of our employees is important to us and forms a central part of our corporate culture. Each employee is trained in our portfolio of services and can pursue further step-by-step development through training-on-the-job programs. To inspire our talents to excel and to steadily promote them, we train our employees individually with internal and renowned external partners. Regular feedback meetings also provide an effective status check between employee and supervisor with regard to employee-specific development.

We offer a friendly working atmosphere with short reporting lines and flat hierarchies, and appreciate the informal get-together. We meet for volleyball, go on an annual company outing, attend the Oktoberfest together and celebrate our yearly office Christmas party. Last but not least, we forge bonds through shared activities such as taking part in the corporate challenge each year.

afb also strongly supports the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria and invests in young people's education. Acknowledging its commitment, afb bears the logo of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria for "IHK training centre 2016".
