The afb Credit Management Solution supports the central accounting functions of the financing and leasing business. This integrated system covers a wide range of areas including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, account maintenance and all associated requirements. Debtor repayment and instalment plans can be adjusted as required as part of account maintenance, and automated payoff processes can be initiated with immediate effect. Creditor limits can also be managed flexibly.
Highly standardised modules for financial accounting are offered as options alongside general ledger and asset accounting. The system meets the requirements of the German Commercial Code as well as IAS and US-GAAP standards. These functions are available worldwide and are already being used with great success in ten countries.
The solution can be integrated into existing systems thanks to powerful interfaces. For example, the afb Credit Management Solution can retrieve sales information from an external payment system or can supply data to controlling, accounting and dunning for further processing.
