The term "business partner" is broadly defined in this context, since a business partner can assume a variety of roles such as (bank) branch, employee, dealer, agent or end customer.
Administration of business partners afb Partner Administration allows for the central administration of business partners within the afb Credit Management Solution. All contacts are created, modified, approved or deleted in afb Partner Administration. Mandatory entry fields ensure that the required basic data is supplied.
Relationship management Intelligent relationship logic is used to integrate partners into a hierarchical structure and link them to each other. The roles and relationships of specific business partners are displayed in a link tree.
Activity management The "Campaigns" component provides a broad range of CRM functions for both Financial Service Providers and business partners. The system features convenient options for marketing and sales campaigns, covers partner-related activities and offers a resubmission function that is useful for tracking tasks in the credit decision and management process.
Overview of services The service overview gives a summary of all the services provided by a selected contact. The system shows which transactions the partner is involved in and the respective role . It includes all the sales and wholesale financing applications from a partner company and its employees, as well as collateral such as vehicle registration documents.
Rights and settings Users and their role-based access rights can be managed centrally. Password allocation is based on the security guidelines of the Financial Service Provider.
Partner company rating All partners who enter into a business relationship with the bank (e.g., borrowers in wholesale financing) are evaluated and rated before they are allowed to submit applications.
Both qualitative (soft facts) and quantitative features such as items on a balance sheet or financial assessment of the partner company are recorded. This provides a basis for the rating and allows for partner assessment through the integration of an external rating engine.
